Minutes of the Board of Directors Meeting
June 26, 2011

At 5:15 pm, shortly after the conclusion of the Annual Meeting, President Sauro convened a BCNA Board meeting. The purpose of the meeting was to elect the Board Officers.
Nine Board members were present.
President Sauro introduced Paul Renne who had just been elected to the Board at the Annual Meeting.
All existing Board Officers agreed to serve in their present positions. Bob Harrer agreed to assume the position of 2nd Vice President; previously held by departed Board member Jonathan Middlebrook.
A motion was raised and seconded to accept this slate of Officers. The motion passed unanimously.
The Board held a brief discussion concerning the 8 Washington project DEIR. President Sauro stated he is formulating comments and the Board members could pass their comments to him for submittal to the SF Planning Department. The DEIR is available via a link on the BCNA website.
The next Board meeting is scheduled for Thursday, July 21, 2011. Meeting will be at 550 Davis Street, Unit 25 (Sauro residence) beginning at 6:00 pm.
The Board meeting adjourned at 5:25 pm.
